Cancellation and Return Policy

Our Policy for the cancellation and returns is as follows:
Cancellation/returns of Gold & Silver coins/bars and gift cards will not be accepted under any circumstances.
However in exceptional circumstances, please contact us via contact us link for order cancellations. You may request cancellation of your order for a product at any time before we initiate Delivery Order / send the Dispatch Confirmation relating to that product. You can cancel one order item within an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items. Order cancellation charges will be 10% of the order value and in addition the customer shall be liable to pay for shipping charges and reimburse for any loss to SMC Coins due to downward fluctuations (if any) in price of gold or silver.
For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking). For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account. The cancellation/returns of orders that are paid via digital wallets or online vouchers or gift cards will not be refunded to your bank account. It will be credited to your SMC Coins Account Wallet only and can be used for future purchases. The refund may take 5-7 to working to be credited to your respective accounts
SMC Coins may, at its sole discretion, request the Customer to pay full or a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Customer at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order and result in forfeiture of advance payment and in addition customer shall be liable to reimburse for any loss to SMC Coins due to downward fluctuations in price of gold or silver.
SMC Coins may, at its sole discretion, reserves the rights to cancel any particular order. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled or refused are (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
